FsJulia:: So, how are things going with your team? Are the new members doing OK?
Yuri:: Actually, there's something I've been meaning to discuss with you. It's about Jeff. There's no doubt that he's a very skilled programmer, and he's a huge asset to the project in that sense - but when it comes to being a team player, I have to say that some of his behavior recently has been questionable.
Julia:: Hmm. Such as?
Yuri:: For example, in team meetings, he doesn't really listen to what other members say. He often interrupts people mid-sentence and talks over them, which always shuts down any discussion that we're trying to have.
Julia:: That doesn't sound good. Have you talked about it with other team members? Do they share your concern?
Yuri:: Yes. It wasn't so bad at first, but Jeff is getting increasingly impatient and critical of other people's ideas. If he doesn't change his approach, it will likely affect the outcome of the project itself, which is the last thing we want. We're all very committed to the project, so frustration among the team is definitely building up.
Julia:: I see. Have any of you talked to him about it?
Yuri:: Well, some of us have casually pointed out the issue to him on several occasions, but he doesn't really seem to get it. I thought I should bring the matter to you before anyone takes it any further.
Julia:: Thank you, Yuri. I wouldn't have known about this if you hadn't told me. I'll sit in on your next team meeting and see what's going on. And, if necessary, I'll talk to everyone about it, most importantly, with Jeff.

Actually, there's something I've been meaning to discuss with you. It's about Jeff.: mean to...は「～するつもりである」という意味で、there's something I've been meaning to discuss with youは「ご相談したいと思っていたことがあります」という意味になります。We've been having some problems with...（～に関して問題が起きています）などと言ってもOKです。こちらから相談を持ちかける場合は、Can I talk to you about...?（～についてお話してもいいですか？）などと尋ねてもいいでしょう。
There's no doubt that he's a very skilled programmer, and he's a huge asset to the project in that sense: 同僚に関するトラブルについて上司に相談する場合、一方的な批判をするのではなく、なるべく客観的な報告を心がけると良いでしょう。この例では、skilled programmer（優秀なプログラマー）、huge asset to the project（プロジェクトにとっては貴重な財産）といった表現で、まずは同僚の長所を挙げています。
but when it comes to being a team player, I have to say that some of his behavior recently has been questionable.: 同僚の問題点を指摘している一文です。when it comes to...は「～のことになると」「～に関して言うと」という意味で、その前のin that sense「そういう意味では」と対応しています。questionableは「問題がある」「疑わしい」といった意味ですが、問題が非常に深刻な場合はunacceptable（容認できない）やintolerable（耐えがたい）といった表現を使うこともできます。
Such as?: 具体例を尋ねるときの言い回しです。似た表現にWhat do you mean?（どういう意味ですか？）、For example?（例えば？）、Like what?（例えば？）などがあります。Could you be more specific?（より具体的に説明してもらえますか？）などと言ってもOKです。
If he doesn't change his approach, it will likely affect the outcome of the project itself, which is the last thing we want.: 状況が改善しない場合の懸念を伝えています。the last thing we wantは直訳すると「私たちが望む最後のこと」、つまり「私たちが最も避けたい事態」という意味になります。If worse comes to worst, it will affect the outcome of the project itself.（最悪の場合には、プロジェクト自体の結果に影響します）、In the worst-case scenario, the outcome of the project will be affected.「下手をすると、プロジェクトの結果に影響します」などと言うこともできます。
I thought I should bring the matter to you before anyone takes it any further.: bring the matter to...は直訳すると「その問題を～に持っていく」、つまり「その問題について～に報告する」という意味です。consult you about the matterやtake up the matter with youと言ってもOKです。また、take it furtherは「さらに押し進める」という意味で、この例のbefore anyone takes it any furtherは「これ以上自分たちで解決を図ろうとする前に」というニュアンスになります。
