Yoko:: I don't want to interrupt, but we're running a little short on time. So why don't we wrap up this discussion on the launch date of our new product and take a vote? Could you outline the two options, Peter?
Peter:: Sure. The first option is September 15. If we go with this option, there is a chance that our campaign will be outshined by the release of ABC Company's latest product, as pointed out by Jim. But it would be the ideal date considering the fact that it falls on the last weekend before the Tech Expo. The second option is August 25. With this date, we may get better media exposure, but the problem is that business tends to be slow during the summer.
Yoko:: Thank you, Peter. So let's put this to a vote. I'll just ask to see a show of hands. All in favor of September 15, please raise your hands.; [looks around]
Yoko:: One, two, three, four, five, six. And all in favor of August 25?; [looks around]

I don’t want to interrupt, but we’re running a little short on time.: interruptは「（話の）邪魔をする」「（話に）割って入る」という意味で、議論を途中で遮らなければならないときは、ほかにもCould I interrupt for a moment?（ちょっといいですか？）などと言うことができます。逆に、こう言われた場合はPlease, go ahead.（はい、どうぞ）またはCould you let me finish?（最後まで話してもいいですか？）などと答えましょう。run short on timeは「時間切れになる」という意味です。
So why don’t we wrap up this discussion on the launch date of our new product and take a vote?: take a vote on...は「～について採決を取る」「～を多数決で決める」という意味で、put...to a voteと言うこともできます。
Could you outline the two options, Peter?: outlineは「要点を説明する」という意味です。特に議論が白熱しているときなどは、採決に入る前に、どんな選択肢があるのか改めて述べ、それぞれの長所と短所を簡潔に説明すると参加者が判断しやすくなります。誰かに説明を求める際のセリフとしては、ほかにもCould you elaborate on that?（詳しく説明してもらえますか？）、Could you explain that in detail?（詳細に説明してもらえますか？）、Would you mind clarifying that?（はっきり説明していただいても良いでしょうか？）などがあります。
I’ll just ask to see a show of hands.: show of handsは「挙手」という意味です。その他の採決方法としては、選挙などで一般的なsecret ballot（無記名・非公開投票）やvoice voting（声による採決）などがあります。voice votingは日本で見られる拍手による採決に近いもので、議長の指示に従い、賛成の人がAye.（Yesの古語）、次に反対の人がNo.と言い、声の総合的な大きさで判断する方法です。
All in favor of September 15, please raise your hands.: in favor of...は「～に賛成して」という意味で、allの代わりにthoseと言ってもOKです。この例では2つの選択肢の中から選ぶという状況ですが、ひとつのテーマについて賛成・反対を問う場合は、まずAll in favor of..., please raise your hands.（～に賛成の方は挙手をお願いします）と言って人数を数え、次にAll opposed, (please raise your hands).（反対の方は［挙手をお願いします］）と言って人数を数えます。Who’s with Dan’s idea?（ダンの案に賛成の人は？）、Who’s not?（反対の人は？）などと言うと、よりカジュアルな雰囲気になります。
