Collins:: I see. If you could give me the order number, I'll check.
Takeda:: Let's see ... the order number is 6700.
Collins:: 6700 ... Yes, you can still change your order but there'll be an additional cost.Is that OK?
Takeda:: How much would it cost?
Collins:: 0.5 percent of the amount of the order.
Takeda:: OK. Then I'd like to change it to item number 8080.
Collins:: Sure. I'll arrange it.

解説

I'm calling about the order I placed the other day.: 「先日注文した件でお電話を差し上げました」という意味です。「注文する」はplace an orderですが、ここではthe order (that) I placedの形になっています。I'm calling about ～は「～の件でお電話をしました」という意味です。
I'd like to change the order. Would it be possible?: 注文を変更したい場合は、1文目のように「注文を変更したいのですが」と言います。変更ができないこともあるので、2文目のように「（注文を変更することは）可能でしょうか」とたずねましょう。
If you could give me the order number, I'll check.: 注文の変更を受ける側が使う表現で、「確認しますので注文番号をお願いします」という意味です。「注文番号」はorder number、「商品番号」はitem numberまたはproduct numberと言います。
You can still change your order but there'll be an additional cost.: 注文の変更を依頼された側が使う表現で、「まだ注文の変更はできますが、手数料がかかります」という意味を表します。
How much would it cost?: 注文の変更に伴って「手数料が発生します」と言われた場合は、How much would it cost?「いくらかかるでしょうか」とたずねます。「注文の変更には、いくらかかるでしょうか」と言いたいときにはHow much would it cost to change the order?と言います。
I'd like to change it to item number 8080. I appreciate it and I'm sorry to trouble you.: 「AをBに変更したいのですが」と言いたい場合は、1文目にあるようにI'd like to change A to B.で表します。変更が受け付けてもらえたら、2文目のように言って感謝の気持ちを伝えましょう。
