Is now a good time to talk? Yes.: 1文目は「今、お時間よろしいですか」という意味です。Can I talk to you now?とたずねることもできます。やや丁寧な言い方にMay I have a bit of your time?、May I talk to you for a moment?などがあります。話せる場合は、Yes.やCertainly.、Sure.（ややカジュアル）などと答えます。話せない場合はYes, but I have to go out in ten minutes.「話せますが、あと10分で外出しなければならないんです」やI'm afraid I can't talk for very long.「長時間話すのは難しいのですが」などと言いましょう。
