I'd like to rent a car for five days from June 2.: レンタカーの予約をする場合は、I'd like to rent a car.「車を借りたいのですが」と言いましょう。「いつから～日間」と言いたいときは＜for ～ day(s) from＋日付＞の形を続けます。
What type of car would you like? Economy, please.: 「どんな種類がよろしいですか」と聞かれたら、economy「エコノミー（1500cc）」、compact「小型（1600cc）」、mid-sized「中型（1800～2000cc）」、full-sized「大型（2500～3000cc）」などの指定をします。客の方から車種をたずねるときはWhat type of car do you have?や、What type of car is available?と言います。また、「オートマチック」はautomatic transmission、「マニュアル」はmanual transmissionと言います。
Where would you like to pick the car up? At Dallas Airport.: 1文目は、どこで車をピックアップしたいかをたずねる表現です。2文目のように＜At＋場所＞の形を使って答えましょう。
Where will you return it? Can I drop it off somewhere else?: 「（車を）どこに返却しますか」という質問に「どこかで乗り捨てることはできますか」と聞き返しています。レンタカーを「乗り捨てる」はdrop off。乗り捨てできる車種をone-way carと呼ぶこともあります。
Would you like the unlimited or limited mileage rate? The unlimited rate, please.: アメリカなどのレンタカーの料金体系はふつう、基本料金×日数で料金が決まるunlimited mileage rate（走行距離無制限タイプ）と、limited mileage rate（走行距離によって課金するタイプ）に分かれています。1文目のように聞かれたら、用途に応じて～, please.「～でお願いします」と答えましょう。
What about optional insurance? I'll take a package if you have one.: 1文目は「任意保険はどうしますか」という表現です。アメリカでは契約時に、自動車損害賠償保険に自動加入しますが、補償額が低いのでこのようにたずねられます。答えるときはI'll take ～「～にします」という表現を使い、「～」に加入したい保険の種類を入れましょう。packageはいくつかの任意保険がセットになったプランのことを指します。
