I was wondering if you'd like to join us.: I was wondering if you'd like to ～「～かと思って」は、控え目に誘うときの表現です。Would you like to ～?、Shall we ～?、Why don't we ～?などもよく使われます。
That sounds great.: 誘いを受けたときによく使われる表現で、ほかにThat's very nice of you, thank you.「ご親切にありがとう」、I'd be happy to.「喜んで」（That'd be great.はよりカジュアルな表現）、Of course, I'd love to.「もちろん、ぜひ」なども使われます。
誘いを断る場合は、Thank you, but I already have plans.「ありがとうございます。でもすでに先約があって」、I wish I could, but ～「行けたらいいのですが～」、I'm sorry, but I can't make it.「本当にごめんなさい。都合がつかなくて」などと言いましょう。rain check「またの機会」という表現を使って、I'm really sorry, but could I take a rain check?「ごめんなさい。また誘ってもらえますか」のように言うこともできます。
Is there anything you don't eat, or you don't like?: 菜食主義や宗教上の理由によって食べないものがあるかもしれないので、お店を決める前に、「食べないものや嫌いなものはありますか」と聞いておくとよいでしょう。
すでに候補の店がある場合はCould I take you to ～?「～にお連れしてもいいですか」、I'd like to take you to ～. Would you like that?「～にお連れしたいのですが、いかがですか」のようにたずねましょう。
I'll e-mail you the details of the restaurant.: 「レストランの詳細はメールします」という意味です。会場は、店名や地図をメールで知らせるのが最も確実です。
待ち合わせをしてから行くことを提案するときは、Why don't we meet at the office entrance and go together?「会社の入り口で待ち合わせをして、一緒に行きませんか」などと言います。
