I'm calling to let you know that the meeting scheduled for Friday has been postponed until September 12: まず、I'm calling to ～の形で電話の用件を伝えます。＜let＋（人）＋know＞はややカジュアルな表現です。社外への電話ではtell you about ～を使うとよいでしょう。「会議が延期になった」はa meeting has been postponed。postponedの代わりにput offやrescheduledを使ってもいいでしょう。いつまで延期したかを表すにはuntilを使いますが、rescheduledを使う場合はtoを続けて＜be rescheduled to＋日付＞で表します。
because our manager had to extend his business trip till Friday.: 会議が延期になった理由は＜because＋主語＋動詞＞や＜because of＋名詞＞、＜due to＋名詞＞の形を使って伝えましょう。
I'm sorry for such short notice.: これは「急なご連絡ですみません」という意味で、ビジネスシーンでよく使われる表現です。short notice「急な知らせ」というフレーズは、Thank you for coming at such short notice.「急な知らせにもかかわらず来てくれてありがとう」といった表現などでもよく使われるので覚えておきましょう。
the time and place haven't been changed.: 時間や場所に変更がないことを伝える表現です。ほかにもThere's no change in the time and place.、The time and place remain the same.のように表すことができます。「日にち」と「時間」に変更がない、と伝える場合はtime and placeの代わりに date and timeを使います。
Could you tell the other participants in the Marketing Department about the change?: ＜Could you tell＋人＋about ～?＞は「（人）に～について伝えていただけますか」という意味。＜I'd like you to tell＋人～.＞もほぼ同じ意味を表します。より丁寧に言いたい場合は、youのあと、もしくは文末にpleaseをつけましょう。また、tellの代わりにshare「（人）に伝える」を使って＜share this with＋人＞「このことを（人）に伝える」と表すこともできます。
