Test Results

Details of Test Results

Your Official Score Certificate will be sent to you within 35 days of the test date. The Official Score Certificate shows your Speaking Test score and Writing Test score separately. Each is reported on a scale of 15 to 50. Scoring is in 1-point increments.

Checking Test Results

Your Digital Official Score Certificate with your test results will be issued online 18 days after the test day.

Also, you can see your results online 17 days after the test day.
※Schedule may be delayed due to national holidays in Japan and the U.S.
Your Official Score Certificate with your test results will be sent out by mail within 35 days of the test day.

Undelivered Official Score Certificate

You do not receive an Official Score Certificate within 40 days of the test date, please contact the IIBC Test Operation Center within 65 days after the test date. Any notice of undelivered certificate submitted later than 65 days after the test date will be considered a request for reissue and the fee for reissuing a Certificate must be paid.
