Name (Kanji or Katakana)	Post the "Notification of Changes" and a copy of a valid ID to the IIBC Test Operation Center. If you cannot print the form, please send us a document with the same information as the change notification.
Name (Alphabet)	Post the "Notification of Changes" and a copy of a valid ID to the IIBC Test Operation Center. If you cannot print the form, please send us a document with the same information as the change notification. For correcting misspellings or registering a middle initial, log onto the TOEIC Application Site, go to the "登録情報の確認・変更(Check/Change Registered Information)" page (Japanese), then apply using the "ローマ字氏名修正依頼フォーム(Form for Requesting Changes to Name in Roman Letters)" button(Japanese).
Other than those mentioned above	Log into the "TOEIC Application Site" and change the registered information. Changing your registered address can affect where we send you admission ticket and Official Score Certificate, as well as your test center. Before undertaking the procedures, please understand that changing your registered address will affect all tests that you applied for using the same account. If your address is shown on your family register, cover it with black marker so it cannot be read.
You cannot change to any names other than those on your family register.
You cannot change to any characters that are not usable on the TOEIC Application Site. If this is the case, substitute with the modern form.
You cannot change the registered person.
Posted materials will not be returned.
Even if you change your name after the test, you will not be able to change it on the Official Score Certificate.
